we are using Australian post eparcel and courier as well that will depend on customers request.For Cost reason we are using Normal mail service but that will change when it concerns on weather of the place, distance and ordered product so in this case we will use express post without extra charge because smile on customer face is our priority (chocolate don’t like hot weather).
we based in Melbourne! we might drop in if it’s possible.
Do you deliver outside of Australia?
Yes we do. However, currently our website does not accept international orders. If you live outside of Australia and wish to place an order, simply send us an e-mail with the following details:

Hot weather shipping.
In hot weather we ship our chocolate in bag with bubble wrap around then packed in cardboard box with paper so it prevent from heat damage and minimize heat transfer while transportation.
Before postage we will check temperature of given address place and we will decide best option of transportation.
Any special requirement will be done on request please contact us to assist you.

How do I store my chocolate ?
Best temperature for chocolate is 15’c to 17’c and below 55% humidity. When chocolate is kept at a consistent temperature between 15′ and 18’c, and at a humidity of less than 55%, the emulsion of cocoa solids and cocoa butter will stay stable for months.
Remember that cocoa butter (the vegetable fat in chocolate) picks up the smell of whatever’s around it.
All opened packet store in sealed container.

How long would the chocolates keep?
Our products have a twelve month shelf life from production date.
