we are using Australian post eparcel and courier as well that will depend on customers request.

Note:We Do not ship to Post Box or Private Locker.

All of the products we ship leave our warehouse in perfect condition. So, to ensure that your order arrives safely and In Good Condition, we delay the shipment if we are experiencing extreme heat or send order by refigerated courier if possible.

Also, if you place an order on a Friday, we may delay shipping the products until the following Monday, ensuring your order doesn't sit in a delivery depot over the weekend.

Also,We try to send Orders from QLD,NT and WA to be dispatched on Monday or Tueday,Ensuring you receive order before weekends so your order doesn't sit in a delivery depot over the weekend.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

Yes we do. However, currently our website does not accept international orders. If you live outside of Australia and wish to place an order, simply send us an e-mail with the following details:

Hot weather shipping.

In hot weather we ship our chocolate wth refirigerated courier Service (if they service area) without extra charge or Ice Pack bag with bubble wrap around then packed in cardboard box or Foam box so it prevent from heat damage and minimize heat transfer while transportation.
Before postage we will check temperature of Delivery place and we will decide best option of transportation.

How do I store my chocolate ?

Best temperature for chocolate is 15’c to 17’c and below 55% humidity. When chocolate is kept at a consistent temperature between 15′ and 18’c, and at a humidity of less than 55%, the emulsion of cocoa solids and cocoa butter will stay stable for months.

Remember that cocoa butter (the vegetable fat in chocolate) picks up the smell of whatever’s around it.All opened packet store in sealed container.

Stored this way, chocolate will last a while

How long would the chocolates keep? Our products have a twelve month shelf life from production date.
